Joe Hart is close to securing a season long loan move to West Ham United, says The Telegraph.
The 30-year-old has been told he is free to leave the club after the Sky Blues signed Benfica keeper Ederson in a world record deal, and Slaven Bilic is understood to be offering him an escape route in the form of a 12-month loan deal.
The England goalkeeper was frozen out of Manchester City last summer by manager Pep Guardiola, and after spending the season on-loan at Serie A side Torino, Hart is looking to revitalise his career in England away from the Etihad Stadium.
Should the deal go through and be a success, it is thought the Hammers will be given the option to buy Hart on a permanent basis next summer.
