West Ham and West Bromwich Albion have made bids for Lincoln City centre half Sean Raggett, according to the Daily Mail.

Raggett is most well known for scoring the winning goal for the Imps in their shock FA Cup 5th round win against Burnley back in mid February. His team were however thrashed 5-0 against Arsenal in the quarter final, but their cup exit didn’t affect their league form as they secured automatic promotion to the Football League.

Despite being 24 years of age, the Hammers are believed to be keen to give the centre back a chance to progress and become a Premier League player. Their bid is reportedly £120,000 while West Brom’s is said to be closer to £100,000.

The Lincoln player started his career with Dover Athletic before switching clubs on a free transfer last summer. At the time he was reportedly interesting Premier League clubs as well with Liverpool, Everton and Crystal Palace all having scouted the defender.
