Manchester City full back Pablo Zabaleta has yet to make a decision on whether to join West Ham, the Evening Standard reports.

The Daily Mail reported over the weekend that the 32 year old was on the verge of signing a two year deal to make the switch to the London stadium in the summer, but it seems negotiations are not as advanced as some believe.

The Standard say that the Hammers are still favourites to sign the defender but he is said to be still weighing up his options. On Saturday, Manchester City announced that the Argentinian international would be leaving the Etihad stadium at the end of the season after nine years at the club.

The right back has still been a regular under manager Pep Guardiola this season, having made 31 appearances in all competitions this campaign, but it is believed that the City boss is looking to freshen up his full back options in the summer with younger players.
