West Ham are interested in making a bid for Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic, according to the Sun.
The Serbian international joined the Reds from Benfica in 2014 but has spent the last two years out on loan after failing to establish himself at Anfield.
Liverpool are still believed to be demanding £16million for the player despite his lack of game time on Merseyside with the club seeking to recoup most of the £20million they spent on the winger.
The 23 year old spent the first half of this season on loan in Portugal with Sporting but failed to impress. He changed clubs to Hull City in January, and has been a regular for Marco Silva’s side.
He has played eight games in all competitions for the Tigers, but has yet to score a goal or provide an assist. He has however seemingly impressed Hammers boss Slaven Bilic enough for the club to consider a summer transfer for the player.
