The transfer story that never ended. Last summer, A.C. Milan’s Carlos Bacca was linked with West Ham for what seemed like months. At one point a deal seemed extraordinarily close before the Colombian international decided to stay in Italy. Bacca is 30 but of undeniable talent, and is reportedly unsettled in Milan this season despite netting nine goals in 20 Serie A appearances. Bacca could be convinced to finally move to east London by the club’s upsurge in form since Dimitri Payet’s exit.
