Manchester City right-back Bacary Sagna is keen on a move back to London with West Ham.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is desperate to solve the club’s long-running problem at right back and is hoping to sign the experienced Sagna on a free transfer.

Sagna now wants to move to London Stadium after his contract expires this summer, according to a report in The Sun.

The 34-year-old is currently on £60,000 per week at the Etihad and would be a relatively affordable option for Slaven Bilic.

Sagna moved to City for £6 million in 2014 after seven years under Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.

He is reportedly keen to move back to London due to family reasons.

The Frenchman is yet to find out whether he will be given a new deal by Pep Guardiola who is also set to release Argentinian right back Pablo Zabaleta this summer.

If a new contract is offered then Sagna could elect to reject it in favour of a move back to London with his young family.
