West Ham could make a move for Bournemouth forward Josh King in the summer, according to the Sun (via HITC Sport).

The Norwegian international joined the Cherries on a free transfer from Blackburn Rovers in 2015, and has firmly established himself in the starting eleven over the course of his two year stay on the south coast.

During his first season with Eddie Howe’s side, their first in the Premier League, King made 27 starts and 35 appearances in total, scoring seven goals as the Cherries stayed clear of the relegation zone to finish 16th.

The 25 year old has improved on his first full season in the top flight this campaign, and has already managed 11 goals and two assists in 28 league matches.

His form seems to have attracted the attention of the Hammers, although he is by no means the only forward West Ham are targeting. Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe and Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi are also believed to interesting the London club.
