3. Calum Chambers
England U21 international Calum Chambers has impressed in his 17 Premier League appearances so far for Middlesbrough since moving on loan from Arsenal in the summer. It’s easy to forget that the former Southampton man is just 22 given the amount of recent experience he has built up at club and international level. Chambers will probably be available on loan again in the summer but Slaven Bilic should look to sign him on a permanent deal to give West Ham some much needed solidity in the position.
