West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association for his actions in the dying moments of his side’s 2-2 draw with West Brom at the weekend.

The FA allege that Bilic’s behaviour “in our around the 90th minute of the fixture amounted to improper conduct.”

Bilic picked up a television microphone after Gareth MacAuley’s last-gasp equaliser and slammed it down into the ground on the touchline at the London Stadium on Saturday.

He was sent to the stands for his outburst by referee Michael Oliver.

Bilic later described Oliver’s performance at the London Stadium as “awful”, and accepted that he would probably be charged by the FA for his behaviour.

Assistant manager Nikola Jurcevic has also been charged by the FA.

Jurcevic was also sent to the stands earlier in the match, having left the technical area to complain about a disallowed Sofiane Feghouli ‘goal’ which was incorrectly disallowed for being offside.

Both have until 6pm on 16 February 2017 to respond to their charge.
