With both Darren Randolph and Adrian having struggled to impress between the sticks for West Ham this season, Slaven Bilic may well be looking for a new number one come June.
Randolph conceded two soft goals during West Brom’s visit to the London Stadium recently and was even criticised by Hammers legend Phil Parkes for his command of his area.
The Irishman came in for Adrian back in November after the Spaniard gifted Stoke City an equaliser with a needless rush away from his goal line.
It must have crossed Bilic’s mind, then, that it could be time to look outside West Ham’s squad for the solution to their goalkeeping woes this summer.
With both Adrian and Randolph in their late twenties, perhaps it’s time for the Hammers to seek out a young goalkeeping talent to see them through the years.
