With Andy Carroll ruled out for West Ham’s weekend trip to Vicarage Road, there are certainly decisions to be made for Slaven Bilic.
Carroll, who missed the home draw with West Brom prior to the FA Cup break, was expected to be fit to return to action at Vicarage Road – but Slaven Bilic revealed that he had not recovered in time.
Bilic told TalkSPORT:
“He is in good form. The only thing about him is that now he is a little bit injured and he didn’t train for ten days.
“That is a big blow for us but, saying that, he is going to be back very soon.”
Bilic also has decisions to make at the back, with Aaron Cresswell out of form and Frenchman Arthur Masuaku finally ready to return to action.
Similarly in goal, Darren Randolph has been mistake prone of late and Bilic may be tempted to gift Adrian a path back into the starting XI.
