Lille winger Martin Terrier is being scouted by West Ham, Everton and Serie A side Fiorentina, according to L’Equipe. The French newspaper say the Hammers have been keeping tabs on the 19 year old in recent weeks.
Terrier only made his debut for the French side after coming on as a late substitute against Bastia in a league match back in October and has yet to start in Ligue One for Lille. He was however named in the starting eleven for the French Cup match against AS Excelsior on Saturday. The winger made an instant impact by scoring in the 4-1 win over the minnows.
Terrier is a local lad and signed his first professional contract last summer, in a deal which will keep him at the French club until 2019.
As well as being able to play on either wing, he has also played as a second striker. He has not played at youth level for France and would be an interesting signing considering his lack of experience.
