West Ham United have compiled a list of players that they want to sign this summer, with the London Evening Standard claiming that Southampton attacker Sadio Mane is a potential target.
It has become painstakingly clear that Slaven Bilic is in the market for new attacking players, with a wealth of strikers being linked with a move to the London club in the off season.
However, Mane’s name is a new addition to the potential recruits to join the Hammers at the Olympic Stadium in 2016-17.
The versatile forward has impressed since moving to St Mary’s and has also been linked consistently with a move to Manchester United.
With Mane continuing to impress and playing a telling role in the Saints’ march up the Premier League table, he will have no shortage of suitors come this summer.
West Ham could well be an exciting destination for the Southampton star, but the Irons are likely to have a lot of competition for the attacker’s signature should Ronald Koeman be willing to part company with the African forward.
