Michy Batshuayi
Belgian International striker Michy Batshuayi was linked to the club during the January transfer window, and could be the £20 million man. Only 22, Batshuayi has scored goals at Standard Liege and has nearly a goal every other game for Marseille. He also boasts 2 in 2 for Belgium so he definitely knows where the goal is.
The problem for us is that Bashuayi is quickly becoming one of the most talked about strikers in Europe and is likely to feature for his club at Euro 2016. So unless the two Dave’s sort their transfer business before the start of the tournament, there is a good chance Batshuayi’s price is going to rocket with some other top clubs interested.
A former teammate of Dimitri Payet, the pair have been exchanging Twitter messages. With Payet clearly loving his time at The Boleyn Ground, maybe he can be the man to bring Batshuayi to The Olympic Stadium next year.
