Andy Carroll is potentially more effective coming off the bench in the second half because he provides an aerial threat which defenders must hate.
However, the selection Bilic makes with regards to attackers is crucial. Valencia is fast, he also has a fantastic work rate and can work the channels.
It depends how West Ham set up the team, however I would select Valencia because he has more movement about his game and might worry Stones and Jagielka more.
