He can be greedy in games – I have seen first hand on numerous occasions a player in acres of space with Ravel on the ball. Instead of the youngster looking up to pick him out he tries the impossible, and attempts to replicate his Tottenham goal of 2014, only to be shut out and the move to end. The squad at the moment has a real team ethic about it at the moment, and I fear that should Ravel become apart of that group his ego could well dent that ethic.
