Is this the ultimate West Ham Premier League era XI?

Rio FerdinandCB – Rio Ferdinand

It’s such a shame Rio was let go as early as he was. Fair enough, he went for £18million, but Rio was probably one of the finest defensive talents to come through the academy of football. Winning the ‘Hammer of the Year’ award at just nineteen years of age highlights how good Ferdinand was, and the career he’s gone on to have has highlighted what a great centre half he was, and is.

Potts has to be in there for me next to Rio, and definitely Miklosko in goal and maybe Cottee for Tevez but other than that a pretty good side i think, how good would Song and Parker be together though in the middle

Dear oh dear. No bonds, no brooking. No martin. Tevez who played for all of about 5 mins, that season was a disaster. You got Paulo right though. Most skillful player ever to wear the shirt. Coyi

    No Mark Noble? WTF?

I’d put Mark Noble in for Scott Parker, anyday.
