We’re heading into the most wonderful time of the year (something about parties for hosting and marshmellows for toasting) but first – a tiny deviation into a holiday that your friendly American writer holds very close to her heart – Thanksgiving!
It may have a bit of an awkward reputation, but Thanksgiving is a really important time for myself and my fellow Americans. It’s a time of togetherness, a time of joy and most importantly it’s a time to be thankful for what you have (it’s the day after Thanksgiving where things get awkward and people beat each other in Wal-mart parking lots for attractively priced TVs.)
So, in the American tradition, here are the things regarding West Ham United that I am grateful for this year.
