Is there any club who isn’t interested in signing West Ham United’s midfielder Ravel Morrison?
Our good old friend Hugh Southon, from Claret and Hugh, is reporting that Newcastle United are hoping to sign Ravel in the summer.
The Magpies interest adds to the ever-growing list of names, that includes: Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City.
Alan Pardew is believed to have tried to sign Morrison, when he was at Manchester United, but (naturally) the England U21 international opted for Upton Park.
Despite all the speculation, Sam Allardyce & co are believed to be keen on keeping hold of the player, who is currently on loan at Queens Park Rangers.
A source told Hugh: “There will definitely be a 20 per cent sell on clause involved although the facts are we don’t want to lose him and will hold talks on a new contract.”
