FC Tom Tomsk v PFC CSKA Moscow - Russian Premier LeagueIt feels like West Ham are trying to conquer Europe during this transfer window, after their quest for a striker has now ended up in Russia.

The Voice is reporting that Sam Allardyce tried to sign CSKA Moscow’s Ahmed Musa on loan but the Russian side rejected that instantly and are insisting on a £12 million permanent deal.

If this rumour is true – it probably isn’t – you have to question West Ham’s transfer policy. Why would a team, currently pushing for the Russian Premier League title, loan a player who has notched six goals for them and played in every single game this season?

I agree ed. Reports said that Traore’s work permit application had been delayed on Monday. Come on West Ham get this sorted & this 6’8″ giant into our team, and also why are players convinced they would have to play 2nd fiddle to Andy Carroll, as it’s reported that this is why they are hessitant about coming to West Ham. Andy has provided many assists, as he did on Saturday proving he is also a team man. I think Luiz Suarez would vouch for that. How about doing all you can West ham, in getting Lacina cleared & ready to play this Saturday.
