West Ham have moved to cool speculation of a potential loan move for Manchester United’s Wilfried Zaha.
BT Sport had claimed that after Ravel Morrison and Wilfried Zaha clashed, during their recent England U21’s game against Lithuania (I was there and it was highly embarrassing), that the deal would no longer happen.
A source inside the club declared:
“This had been over Twitter for weeks and now it appears to have gained some credibility.
But it just won’t happen and that has nothing to do with the so called tiff between Rav and Wilf.
That stuff happens in the game.
We have more than enough wingers at the club and regardless of anything else, players would have to be sole to bring anyone in.”
Would you have welcomed the potential addition of Zaha? Tuesday night was the first time I had seen the Red Devils ace with my own baby blues and, although clearly a talent, he frustrated and impressed me in equal measure.

There is no way we were ever going to consider signing another winger.
