Don’t shoot the messenger but Titus Bramble has rocked up at West Ham’s first pre-season training session, today.
It isn’t known yet whether it is a trial, just for his fitness or whether he just turned up, uninvited, and no one had the heart to tell him he was, well, useless.
Bring back Pogatetz, anyone?

I’m a football supporter NOT a manager and if the manager makes an assessment & judgement on any free agents training with us, I’ll back him on it as he has my trust!
Hopefully we’re just letting him train with the squad to get his fitness up but please God don’t let him anywhere near a contract. He”s utterly useless, worse than Gary Breen & Pogatetz tied together & blindfolded.

I hate to go against the flow. but I will. … I just want to remind everyone that we have 3 good centrebacks already and are just looking for extra cover for the squad. A free transfer with long premier experience… It can’t be so bad if it allows us to spend more elsewhere.
It’s probably what Big Sam has been thinking, but we have supporters who feel that they know better than the manager and what our current spending budget is!
