Where do I start? West Ham as a club isn’t shy of a bad player or two, so I am left racking my brain with who to pick! After hours of contemplating I have made my decision based on the cost of the player, how many games he played for West Ham and where the player is now. Can you guess who the player is??

Savio Nsereko
So Savio Nsereko signed for West Ham in a deal worth around £9 million which would be a four and a half year contract depending on appearances and other factors from Italian club Brescia.
The Ugandan-born German who at 19 carried a huge price tag when he signed for West Ham came with huge praise and potential. So with the pressure of the huge price tag he was also expected to help and assist a West Ham team going well and laying in eighth in the Premier League. Savio never ever did show the West Ham fans what all the hype was about and I think it can be said he never did show the manager that brought him to West Ham either, Gianfranco Zola.
He made just one start and nine other appearances from the bench. I saw Savio on 8 occasions and I can safely say he was a player that never looked interested and he never came across as a player that deserved such hype that had persuaded West Ham to part with £9 million. If anything I found it hard to think of reason to play Savio in my local Sunday league team. Was it the hype pressure on such young shoulders or was it lack of real ability in the professional game that was his downfall? I think it was mainly lack of ability.
However, I do find this a sad story. After signing for 5 clubs on permanent deals with Brescia, West Ham, Florentina , SpVgg Unterhancing and Viktoria Koln and having loan spells at Bologna, 1860 Munchen, Chernomorets Burgas, Juve Stabia and Vaslui, rumours surfaced that Savio has had mental issues and was suffering from depression.
The latest story that has come out was regarding Savio being arrested by Thai police in October 2012 on a false kidnap claim. Savio had attempted to extort €25,000 from his own family by telling them he had been kidnapped and that his kidnappers had demanded a ransom.
Forever West Ham is now on Google+, so be sure to find us on there by quite simply (and rather unsurprisingly) searching ‘Forever West Ham’
The fact still remains that Savio is the worst West Ham player I have seen purely for the fact of the money West Ham spent on him and his huge “rumoured” ability and the fact he only made one start for the club and was sold after six months, bearing in mind he was on a four and a half year contract.
But there could have been so many more I could have picked.

Anyone who saw Mike Newell playing for West Ham would think that they had seen the worst there would ever be. They could not have dreamed of how bad Emmanuel Pogatetz would be.
Easy, its Titi Camara closely followed by Allen McNightmare
Kevin Nolan pogetetz kovac and savio .
Does noone remember Wayne Quinn?. A plyaer so terrible (even in a poor West Ham team) that when he was released by Newcastle (after we were conned into loaning him), his next club was non league!.
i remember him if i remember correctly he missed an open goal in one game
Jonathan Spector.
