West Ham Target Juventus Star

|

Fabio QuagliarellaIn the wake of West Ham United securing their move into the Olympic Stadium they have been the cause of recent rife speculation in regards to the summer transfer window in which chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan plan to inject some money into the transfer kitty to aid the Hammers’ chances of building a team fit for Europe.

West Ham has been linked with Juventus striker Fabio Quagliarella scoring a total of 10 goals in 18 appearances for the Serie A outfit. The Italy international may be a good addition to the club as he provides good pace as well as a keen eye for goal.

To me, this doesn’t sound like a legitimate transfer as the club are also moving for Wilfred Bony. With our current style of play we won’t be playing with two up top so I can’t see why we’d be interested in both unless the David’s are worried of one falling through. Another thing to note is that current manager Sam Allardyce may not be our manager come end of the season and this is why we are looking for top players to lead the line as a duo.

If this deal comes off and Quagliarella becomes a Hammer I will be extremely pleased as he seems the sort of player that can pull something extraordinary out of the bag. Alike his goal in the World Cup against New Zealand which he dinked into the top corner – somehow- from outside the area.

Forever West Ham is now on Google+, so be sure to find us on there by quite simply (and rather unsurprisingly) searching ‘Forever West Ham’

West Ham are showing some serious ambition if this transfer alike the Wilfred Bony one comes off because it shows that we are building a stronger team that could haul us into Europe and within a few years get us Champions League football. Yes this all sounds like a dream now, but we are looking at great players that could take this club forward.

Quagliarella is a great player and would definitely be accepted with open arms to Upton Park before our move to the Olympic Stadium. This could be the transfer that could take us beyond we had ever imagined three years ago when we were on the brink of oblivion.

We wont get Bony to many big clubs are in for him and he wants around £70k per week, which is more than our club can afford.

I have a feeling it could be the same problem with Quagliarella players like this always demand high wages
