voted by who exactly? A load of people under 25?

How does Ludo get in above Phil Parkes?

And Noble in midfield byut no place for Billy Bonds

Do leave off, youu may as well leave out Bobby Moore

  • cb says:

    Repka? ha ha ha

    J Cole??? But no Peters?

  • Legends11 says:

Joe Cole and Mark Noble do not deserve to be named in this team.
Joe´s reputation needs to transform itself into performances on the pitch for a sustained period of time.
Same for Mark Noble. He´s been around for a long time despite his young age, but he often lacks quality, attacking prowess and sometimes goes missing during games. He doesnt stamp his authority on games and until he does, is a long way from the greatest team.

    Wheres Paulo wanchope lol
On a serious note I wouldn’t have noble in there his free kick/dead ball delivery is not good enough although you cannot fault his commitment passion or effort

  • Ben says:

What a load of garbage. One player from the glory days of the 60s. Repka and noble ahead of bonds? Where’s franky mac? What a load of rubbish.

  • frankiehammer says:

The greatest ever West Ham X1 has to be the side which finished 3rd in the league under John Lyall in the 80’s.

  • chris snelling says:

Bwahahahaha. The moment I did not see Bonds in the starting I began to think you were having a laugh. By the time I saw Repka named in the list, I knew you were.

  • Legends11 says:

lets remember that Parker won FWA Footballer of the Year award for (almost) singlehandedly keeping West Ham in the Premier league. If it was singlehanded, what was Noble doing playing along side him? Not enough?

  • Sir Geoff says:

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

What a load of rubbish. Who voted, 5 year olds?

  • Peter Howard says:

Love an opinion! Agree with CB, Parkes & Bonds would walk into any greatest team. What about Sandy Clark?!!

  • Cockneylen says:

You could only leave our Phil Parkes, Billy Bonds and Frankie Mac if you’ve never seen them play! Agree with Sir Geoff, it’s got to be 5 year olds voting. Wouldn’t play Paulo and Cottee together either. Would probably put one of them with Cross, Hurst or Ashton. But there you go, that’s just my opinion. Don’t forget Bryan Robson, top scorer for 2 years and no England cap.

  • chris says:

As much as I like Ludo, Parkes is by far best ever keeper we have had. Love Mark Noble, but not as good as Billy Bonds. Frank Mac, not even on the benech.

I think the average age of the supporters voting must be well below my 40 years.

  • tony says:

parkes better than ludo, also bonds in starting 11.

  • spyinthesky says:

Laughable, clearly someone with no long term memory of the players from the past. Hurst, Bonds on the bench, no Peters, no Byrne, no Pop Robson just for starters but hey we have Noble, wow how soon the good and the great are forgotten.

  • emmet o boyle says:

BEST EVER WESTHAM TEAM. PARKES STEWART MARTYN MOORE BONDS DEVONSHIRE BROOKING PADDEN DI CANIO HURST MC AVENNIE. SUBS LUDO POP ROBSON DICKS COTTEE FRANK LAMPARD SENIOR ALAN TAYLOR CROSS .
