Mohamed Diame is threatening to report West Ham to FIFA according to the Daily Mail.
Diame believes the Hammers aren’t respecting the £3.5 million release fee clause that is in his contract.
The midfielder is a target for several Premier League clubs, with Arsenal seeming the most likely destination should Momo leave.

West Ham are currently in the process of trying to negotiate a new deal with the former Wigan Athletic player which would see the release fee clause rise to the region of £8 million.
This news will be a big blow to Irons who yesterday had Alou Diarra speaking out against the club and should the worst happen do West Ham actually have enough time to replace Diame AND Diarra?

IF the reports are correct, and reading between the lines I suspect they are, then Diame, following in a long line of mercenaries who care only about their bank balances, and absolutely nothing for The Hammers, should be kicked out of the door pretty sharpish and told in no uncertain terms that he can go forth and multiply to wherever he wishes to go. I am sick and tired of the same old story…West Ham take a punt on players going nowhere (Diame was in and out of the bloody Wigan team for gods sake) (Ba was stuck in Germany having been turned down by STOKE !!)and as soon as the Vultures start to circle after some decent performances, the head is turned and the car engine is running with not so much as a look back at Upton Park. How many times do we idiot fans have to put up with this behaviour which basically insults every one of us ?.
