Rumour Mill: New arrival for West Ham TODAY

|

Rumours are circulating around Spanish defender Ivan Ramis and many clubs in the Premier League, including Wigan Athletic, Everton and Southampton although it seems that West Ham are on the verge of completing the signing as reports confirm that he is due for a medical at West Ham on Sunday. Should this all go well, the Hammers are expected to complete the move rumoured to be around £4.5m for the Real Mallorca defender.

The fastest growing Hammers website is now on Facebook, click the link to be entered into our up and coming competitions http://www.facebook.com/pages/ForeverWestHamcom/200938616608282

The 6 foot 2, 27 year old has played over 150 times for Mallorca and has represented Spain at U19, U21 and U23 level. Ramis is fairly unknown amongst Hammers fans, therefore Sam Allardyce and the other Premier League managers who were all interested in his signature must know something that we don’t in relation to Ramis’ defensive abilities.

On the Mallorca website, Ramis confirms that an offer from an English club which is “not Wigan” has come in and due to his current clubs finances and his desire to take on a new challenge, it is likely that a move would go ahead. This mystery club has been rumoured to be West Ham and by the time this article is released it will be almost certain that the club in question is West Ham United.

All that’s left to say is watch this space.
