The Senegal international is entering a second round of talks with West Ham and a deal looks imminent.

Great signing – not sure we need to be improved in centre mid though! However it is a real signal of intent from the board and will be great to have strength in depth. COYI!

This will be a quality signing. I thought he was off to Liverpool, so I didn’t think we’d have a chance of getting him.

would like to see a highly skilled wing backs come in, someone we can use to make a profit when the big guns like man utd come in. i would also like us to ake a move for Hanley from blackburn, great young defender.

Quality player. Impressive signing if he comes. Played consistently well for Wigan & has attracted interest from Real & Barcelona previously. Hopeful for this to come off.
