In-form Hammers midfielder Pedro Obiang is attracting interested from Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, according to reports in SunSport.
Jurgen Klopp is reportedly aware his current group are still short of the quality in depth needed to mount a sustained challenge for the Premier League title.
SunSport allege that West Ham ace Obiang is one of the players under consideration to improve the squad at Anfield after catching the eye of Klopp with a series of impressive displays over the past few months.
They point out that to tempt the Hammers into selling, it would take a bid of at least £18 million to snag the talented Spaniard.
But West Ham’s owners are unlikely to accept any bid for one of the stand out players of a relatively disappointing campaign so far.
