Roma will attempt one last time to sign West Ham winger Sofiane Feghouli, according to Il Messaggero (via tuttomercatoweb). The Italian newspaper says that the Serie A club have made the Algerian international their priority ahead of other targets but the Hammers look increasingly reluctant to let the 27 year old leave.

Feghouli scored his first league goal for West Ham in the 3-0 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, and has been increasingly trusted by manager Slaven Bilic in recent weeks for first team selection. He has started the last three games for the Hammers which has meant speculation about a move away from the London Stadium has begun to dissipate.

Doubts over the future of Dimitri Payet has meant that Feghouli is becoming more and more integral to West Ham’s plans and Il Messaggero suggest that the Hammers are now very reluctant to see the midfielder leave.

They believe that Roma will move on to try and sign either PSG’s Jese, Tottenham’s Georges-Kevin N’Koudou or Chelsea’s Charly Musonda if a deal can’t be reached for Feghouli.
