France Football magazine are reporting that Celtic are demanding West Ham pay £40million for striker Moussa Dembele if they want to sign him during the January transfer window.

The French publication say that the Hammers have already had a £25million bid rejected for the 20 year old and are determined to stick to their valuation of the player, who they signed on a free transfer from Fulham in the summer.

Dembele has scored 19 goals in all competitions this season for the Scottish Champions, and has not only been attracting interest from West Ham. France Football also report that both Manchester City and Manchester United are keeping tabs on the young Frenchman.

City manager Pep Guardiola saw Dembele up close when Celtic faced his side in the Champions League group stages earlier this season. The forward scored two goals at Celtic Park in the 3-3 draw between the two sides back in late September.
