Chinese Super League club Hebei China Fortune offered West Ham outcast Dimitri Payet €600,000 a week to move to the Far East earlier this month, according to France Football magazine.

The French publication say that Payet is however set on a move back to his old club Marseille, but the Chinese outfit are still said to be in for the 29 year old if a switch back to France does not come off. They are also reported to be interested in Manchester City’s David Silva and Samir Nasri.

West Ham are believed to be holding out for £30million for Payet with Marseille’s improved bid of £20million reportedly rejected out of hand by the Hammers.

Payet has been training with the squad’s Under 23 side and won’t be allowed back to the senior side until he apologises, according to the Evening Standard. With relations between the player and manager Slaven Bilic seemingly broken down, it looks likely the Frenchman won’t be playing for the club again.
