Torino goalkeeper Joe Hart is keen on returning to England when his loan spell ends at the Italian club, according to the Evening Standard.

The England international joined the Serie A side in the summer on a season long loan after being deemed surplus to requirements by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.

With West Ham struggling to find a solid goalkeeper after Darren Randolph’s error against Liverpool on Sunday, and Adrian’s poor form since the start of the campaign, the Hammers are believed to be pursuing Hart in view to a move in the summer.

Hart is said to be particularly keen about returning to the Premier League in order to secure the number one jersey for England under new manager Gareth Southgate.

The 29 year old has already made a couple of errors that have resulted in goals since arriving in Turin but his consistent performances over the years for both club and country have obviously led to the interest from the Hammers.
