Reece Oxford
As it stands Reece Oxford can be a Premier League defender but to ensure that ‘can’ turns into a ‘will’ he needs game-time. The young defender has all the attributes needed to be a class centre back and whilst that is obviously pretty key to his progression, experience cannot be substituted. The Hammers should let him go and learn the ropes elsewhere if he’s not going to play much for them this season because he’d undoubtedly be first choice lower down the divisions even now.
