West Ham United are ready to accept a £15 million offer from Sunderland for Diafra Sakho according to The Northern Echo.

With the ambitious Hammers looking to reinforce Slaven Bilic’s options in the final third ahead of 2016-17, the versatile attacker has been linked with an exit from the London club.

Sakho was in the limelight after a foul-mouthed post on social media and reported bust-up with Bilic after he was not selected to start an important game against Arsenal last term.

Although the African attacker was restored to the Premier League outfit’s starting XI later, his future is up in the air currently.

Former boss Sam Allardyce is willing to pay £10 million to bring Sakho to the North East but the Hammers are ready to hold out for £15 million if the centre forward is to make a move to the Stadium of Light this summer.
