West Ham United have met with Carlos Bacca’s agent in London ahead of a potential big-money deal to bring the AC Milan striker to England, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Hammers have been active in the transfer market in recent weeks and have a new number nine as their main priority before the start of 2016-17.
Bacca looks set to leave AC Milan, with a fee in the region of £20 million being touted as sufficient for the Colombia international to be allowed to move on.
The hotshot South American has scored consistently in a number of European leagues and was critical in Sevilla’s run to win the Europa League on a number of occasions.
Despite Milan having an under-par 2015-16, Bacca scored consistently and looks to have all the attributes to be a star at the Olympic Stadium next season should a deal be wrapped up.
