West Ham United are paying close attention to Nice forward Alassane Plea and want to bring him to England this summer, according to Le 10 Sport.
The versatile attacker has come of age at the Allianz Riviera outfit over the last 24 months following a move south after coming through the Lyon youth ranks.
Plea played a role in Nice overachieving in 2015-16 to finish fourth in Ligue 1, with the side’s attack a feared unit and also featuring Hatem Ben Arfa.
The 23-year-old started 17 league games last term, scoring six goals and impressing with his pace and trickery.
A versatile player that can play anywhere along the forward line, Plea is best utilised as a winger and would be an exciting addition for the Hammers.
He has represented his country at a host of different youth levels, with his last outing coming in the under-21 ranks in 2014.
