With just two home fixtures left, the final season at the Boleyn Ground is quickly drawing to a close.
It’s been a fitting send off for the stadium with the Hammers losing just two league games at home, with one of those coming against the probable league champions Leicester City.
Better still, the Hammers are going into their last two home games with an outside chance of a top four finish. There have been some very memorable moments at Upton Park this season with some fine goals being scored by the Hammers.
