West Ham United have made a concrete offer to bring Dutch right-back Gregory van der Wiel to the club this summer but the defender is also considering proposals from Monaco and Roma, according to Get Football News France.

The Netherlands international is out of contract at Paris Saint-Germain this summer and will not be offered a new deal by the French champions after falling out of favour with Laurent Blanc.

Van der Wiel is an experienced and able operator with a wealth of experience playing in both the Champions League and in international football.

With the Dutchman available on a free transfer, it is expected that a host of teams will make the full-back an offer to sign for them this summer.

Right-back is an area of concern for the Clarets this summer, with Michail Antonio having to fill in at the back this term as Slaven Bilic was left short of options in the position.
