West Ham United have identified Swiss left-back Francois Moubandje as a potential replacement for Aaron Cresswell should he move to Liverpool, according to The Express.

The current Hammers full-back has been linked with a summer move to Anfield, but Slaven Bilic has remained defiant that the crowd favourite will not be leaving the London club.

Regardless, the Boleyn Ground outfit are believed to have been scouting Moubandje, who plays for Toulouse in Ligue 1.

The 25-year-old was born in Cameroon but is a Switzerland international with eight caps and could feature at Euro 2016 this summer in France.

Moubandje has played 21 times for Toulouse this season and will be a key player if is club are to avoid the threat of relegation.

Even if Cresswell does not leave West Ham, there is every chance that the versatile wideman could be brought to the London club as an able deputy.
